About the User Group

A utility-to-utility forum where SEW’s customers, product, and technology experts, get together to share the latest innovation, ideas, and best practices for the energy and water providers. The virtual-sessions have been designed especially for SEW’s customers who want to learn more about the various use-cases, newly introduced platform capabilities, and latest technology integrations while also being able to share their success story with the fellow utilities. These sessions will be driven by panelists - composed of energy and water thought leaders and the SEW leadership team to explore the latest industry and market trends, discuss emerging technologies, and help strategize an intelligent technology roadmap for companies in the energy and water space.

Who is this for?

The user group is designed specifically for SEW customers who use our products on a day-to-day basis who want to learn more about use cases and share ideas with their fellow utilities.

How does it work?

This is designed for SEW product users who are using an SEW product on a daily or weekly basis. To join, fill out the form below. Once it’s filled out, an SEW team member will reach out to you to sign an NDA to ensure that we can have open conversations during the User Group. After that, you will receive login credentials to join the virtual user group.

Overview of SEW’s CX & WX Platform Roadmap, Feb 25th, 2:00 PM (ET)

The theme of the session is: Overview of SEW’s Customer Experience & Workforce Experience Platform Roadmap.  During the session we will be discussing the product roadmap for both Smart Customer Mobile (SCM®) and Smart Mobile Workforce (SMW®), sharing our insights on the future vision of these platforms, along with gaining your input and feedback.
